Cranial Nerves is a student-led initiative in Ryerson University that focuses on giving students exposure to the real world. We aim to show students applications of engineering and science that overlap with other professions. Our events and competitions are opportunities where students can get chances to explore non-traditional collaborations while gaining valuable experience for their professional career. Our vision is to motivate students to use their creativity to innovate.

In the past we hosted a competition (I.D.E.A) in collaboration with Interior Design and Engineering where students worked together to solve accessibility problems and building evacuation systems for people on wheelchairs. This exciting collaboration resulted in innovative solutions for accessibility. We look forward on bringing more exciting collaborations and design opportunities where students can innovate.
